Niagara-on-the-Lake, the first capital of Upper Canada. Situated along the Niagara River and Lake Ontario, our Town is home to 15,000 residents, The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake is one of 12 municipalities in the Niagara Region and consists of the communities of historic Old Town, Virgil, St. Davids, Glendale, Queenston, and the surrounding rural areas. Each community offers unique living opportunites depending on your needs. Niagara on the Lake - Old Town offers the picturest living. Walk down the streets to the local shops and eatery. Enjoy the Shaw theatre, amazing restaurants and even a winery right in town. What makes these three developments unique is that they are being developed as custom home builders. No two houses will be the same. People purchase the lot and choose a builder. Apricot Glen - almost finished phase 2 of 3 phases. There are a few lots available for single homes. Townhomes are now available for sale. Phase 3 will be condo townhomes for sale. The Settlement of St. Davids is located just below the escarpement by the golf course. Again lots are for sale and you can select your own builder. There a couple of builders holding some lots for future sales with some suggested plans. The third development does not have a fancy name, but again the new homes being built are large family homes.
